Aau Cross Country Nationals 2024 Dates. All athletes, 12 & under, will not be permitted to register for the national championship until they have declared at the Online registration for the aau cross country national championship will open on tuesday, october 1, 2024.

Aau provides sports programs for all participants of all ages beginning at the grass roots level. All participating athletes will advance to the aau cross national championship on december 7, 2024 at mcalpine state park in charlotte, north carolina.
