Jiffy Peanut Butter Recall 2024 Recall. Epidemiologic evidence indicates that jif brand peanut butter produced in the j.m. Federal officials are recommending that the public not consume any of dozens of jif brand peanut butter products because of a new outbreak of infections from salmonella.

The recalled peanut butter was distributed nationwide in retail stores and other outlets. Jif’s creamy, crunchy, natural and reduced fat peanut butters have been linked to a salmonella outbreak across 12 states that has left 14 ill, with two people being hospitalized.
